2.Abnormal sound of the drive shaft

Solution: Fill lubricating oil, replace the worn universal joint and sliding spline, and tighten the connecting bolt between the shaft tube and the universal joint.

Solution: Avoid overloading, speeding, pay attention to protect the drive shaft, avoid external impact, replace the quality of reliable drive shaft.
三. Maintenance method of drive shaft

1.Removal of the drive shaft
First, park the car on a flat ground, pull the handbrake, and turn off the engine.
Then, use a jack to lift the car so that the wheels lift off the ground.
Next, remove the wheels and brake system so that the drive shaft can be removed.
Finally, use special tools to remove the bolts connecting the drive shaft to the transmission and transaxle, and remove the drive shaft from the car.
 
2.Inspection of the drive shaft
Check the shaft tube of the drive shaft for bending, deformation, cracks and other damage.
Check whether the universal joint is worn, loosened, stuck, etc.
Check whether the sliding spline is worn, stuck, deformed, etc.
Check the balance of the drive shaft, you can use the dynamic balancing machine to detect.

3.Maintenance of the drive shaft
If the shaft tube of the drive shaft is bent, deformed, etc., a press can be used to correct it.
If the universal joint is worn, loose, etc., you can replace the new universal joint.
If the sliding spline is worn, stuck, etc., you can replace the new sliding spline.
If the drive shaft is unbalanced, you can use the dynamic balancing machine to adjust the balance and add a balance block.

4.Installation of the drive shaft
First, install the repaired drive shaft on the car, paying attention to the installation direction and position.
Then, use special tools to tighten the bolts connecting the drive shaft to the transmission and transaxle.
Next, the wheels and braking system are installed.
Finally, put the car down, start the engine, and check that the drive shaft is working properly.
 
四.Maintenance method of drive shaft

Check regularly whether the connecting bolt of the drive shaft is loose, and tighten it in time if it is loose.
Check regularly whether the universal joint and sliding spline of the drive shaft are short of oil, and fill lubricating oil in time if there is a lack of oil.
