The 137th Canton Fair will be held in Guangzhou from April 15 to May 5, 2025! As one of the most influential trade fairs in the world, this year's Canton Fair is themed "Serving High-quality Development and Promoting High-level Opening Up". The total exhibition area is 1.55 million square meters, with a total of 74,000 booths, 55 exhibition areas, 171 special areas, and more than 30,000 offline exhibitors.

Whether you are a buyer or an exhibitor, this exhibition guide will help you easily plan your itinerary and enjoy your trip to the Canton Fair!


1. Exhibition time and location

Exhibition time:

Phase 1: April 15-19, 2025
Phase 2: April 23-27, 2025
Phase 3: May 1-5, 2025
 
External negotiation time: 9:30-18:00 every day

II. Scope of the First Phase of Exhibits
 The first phase will focus on the following hot topics:

It is particularly worth mentioning that this year's Canton Fair has set up a service robot zone in the Friendship Hall (21.2) in Zone D of the exhibition hall for the first time, which will showcase the latest achievements in my country's artificial intelligence field.

3. Transportation Guide

1. Subway:

-Canton Fair Complex Area A: Take Metro Line 8 to Xingangdong Station (Exit A)
 
-Canton Fair Complex Area B/C: Take Metro Line 8 to Pazhou Station (Exit A/B)

2. Taxi:

- Charge by meter, raise your hand to stop. The taxi pick-up channel in Area A of the exhibition hall is located in the middle of the exhibition hall, and the taxi pick-up point in Area C is located on the east side of the exhibition hall.

3. Route from the train station to the exhibition hall:

-Guangzhou Railway Station: Take Metro Line 2 to Changgang Station, transfer to Line 8 to Xingangdong Station or Pazhou Station.
 
-Guangzhou East Railway Station: Take Metro Line 3 to Kecun Station, transfer to Line 8 to Xingangdong Station or Pazhou Station.
 
-Guangzhou South Railway Station: Take Metro Line 2 to Changgang Station, transfer to Line 8 to Xingangdong Station or Pazhou Station.

IV. Application for credentials and meeting instructions

1. Document application:

- This year's Canton Fair adopts online application, online review, and advance mailing to handle certificates.
 
- Application conditions: The company must be registered in China, with an annual revenue of RMB 50 million, and the business scope must match the category of the Canton Fair exhibition area.

2. Invitation to attend the meeting:

- Domestic buyers who meet the requirements will be invited by local trade delegations to attend the conference offline.
 
- Uninvited companies are not welcome to attend the conference.

5. Canton Fair APP: Your good assistant for visiting the exhibition

This year's Canton Fair has specially launched two versions of the APP, one for buyers and one for suppliers. It is a good assistant for your offline exhibitions and a good tool for online docking.
